The Full Bible Commentary and Every Bible Overview Are Now Online
A Major Milestone for the Good Way Library
We are deeply grateful to announce that the full Bible commentary is now posted and freely available online at the Good Way Library. Every chapter from Genesis 1 through Revelation 22 has a dedicated commentary page, and every book of the Bible now has a complete overview page.
That means readers can access 1,189 chapter commentaries and 66 book overviews in one growing online library. Together, these 1,255 study pages cover the whole Bible from beginning to end.
This is a major milestone for our family and for the Good Way Library. We began this work with a desire to help everyday Christians understand Scripture clearly, follow the Bible’s message from book to book, and grow in faithful obedience to Christ. By God’s grace, the central commentary goal was completed earlier than we expected.
We give all praise and thanks to God. He supplied the strength, time, clarity, and perseverance needed to keep moving through every book and chapter. Many long days of writing, editing, organizing, and checking have now become a free resource that anyone with internet access can use.
The library is open. The commentary is ready. We warmly invite you to get in, begin reading, and make use of it.
The Goal Was Completed Early
Our original plan allowed more time for the full Bible commentary and book overview project. The work moved faster than anticipated, and the main goal has now been reached early.
We receive that progress as a gift from God. Speed alone was never the purpose. The aim has always been to build something clear, useful, faithful, and easy to share. Completing the collection early gives us more time to strengthen the library, improve the reader experience, and continue developing resources that help people know Scripture and walk with Christ.
Reaching this point also gives us a moment to look back with gratitude. The Bible contains history, law, wisdom, poetry, prophecy, Gospel, letters, and apocalyptic vision. Each book has its own setting, structure, emphasis, and place within the whole story of redemption. Working through all of it has continually reminded us of the unity, depth, and power of God’s Word.
From creation and covenant in Genesis to the new creation in Revelation, Scripture bears witness to God’s holiness, human sin, divine mercy, covenant faithfulness, and salvation fulfilled in Jesus Christ. Our hope is that these pages help readers see those connections while also paying close attention to the meaning of each individual passage.
What You Will Find in the Library
The commentary collection is designed to serve readers at several levels. A newer Christian can use it to understand the basic movement and meaning of a chapter. A long-time student of Scripture can follow the context, structure, theology, cross-references, and interpretive questions. Parents, small-group leaders, Sunday school teachers, pastors, and ministry workers can also use the pages while preparing lessons or guiding conversations.
Each chapter page focuses on what happens in the passage, what the text means, how it fits within the book, and how Christians can respond faithfully. Many pages also include outlines, historical context, detailed walkthroughs, application, interpretive questions, common misreadings, teaching guidance, and useful cross-references.
Every book overview gives readers a wider view before they begin chapter-by-chapter study. The overview pages explain the book’s main message, structure, setting, purpose, themes, key events or arguments, major people, important passages, connections to Christ, interpretive questions, and practical value for Christian life.
You can begin with a single chapter that interests you, read through one Bible book in order, or use the commentary alongside a daily Bible reading plan. The central index makes it easy to move between book overviews and individual chapters.
Old Testament Places to Begin
The Old Testament establishes the foundations that shape the whole Bible. Creation, covenant, sacrifice, priesthood, kingdom, wisdom, judgment, exile, restoration, and messianic hope all prepare readers to understand the coming of Christ and the message of the New Testament.
Here are several strong starting points:

- Research a passage or theme | Search the library for a chapter, person, doctrine, covenant, event, or key biblical theme.

A Free Resource for the Wider Church
We want this library to be useful across the wider Christian church. Readers come from different congregations, traditions, cultures, and levels of experience. The commentary aims to emphasize historic Christian truth, explain real interpretive differences fairly, and keep the focus on the biblical text.
Access to solid study help should be easy. These resources are freely available so individuals, families, churches, and ministry workers can use and share them without a subscription barrier.
A person studying alone can open a chapter at home. Parents can use an overview to prepare for family Bible reading. A small group can consult the commentary before meeting. Teachers can draw on the outlines and cross-references. Pastors and ministry leaders can use the pages as an additional study aid while doing their own careful preparation.
We also hope the library reaches people who feel overwhelmed by the Bible. Scripture is a large collection of books written across many centuries and settings. Ask God to provide strength and wisdom for the work ahead. The full commentary is online, yet the larger vision for the Good Way Library continues. Navigation can improve. Existing pages can be refined. New study tools and Christian resources can be added as God provides the opportunity.
Most of all, pray for lasting spiritual fruit. Page views and completed goals have limited value by themselves. We want people to know God, trust Christ, love Scripture, serve the church, and walk in the good way.

Choose a book you have always wanted to understand. Revisit a chapter that has encouraged you for years. Study a passage that has raised difficult questions. Begin at Genesis 1 and move forward. Start with one of the Gospels. Read a short New Testament letter in a single week. Work slowly through Psalms. Follow the prophets into the hope of Christ. Open Revelation and trace the promise of final victory and new creation.
